If we didn’t pick up the phone, please don’t be discouraged! Just leave us a brief message with your phone number and we’ll get back to you ASAP!
We’re not going to lie… we’re a small business, so there’s only a few people who work for Green Cheeks. If you get our voicemail, chances are that we were either in an important meeting or designing something… but we wanted to pick up the phone, honest!
However, our Email is 24-hours and is the easiest (and quickest) form of communication for us – and we love it, so we encourage you to use it too!
Help! Your Checkout is not Working!!
We run a tight ship here, but sometimes Paypal or Google Checkout has a bad day… and we may not notice (we don’t buy things from ourselves too often!).
So please let us know if you have any trouble with the Shopping Cart or the Checkout system. We’ll get right on it and whip the system back into shape so you can complete your order! Thanks!
