Exchanges and Return Policy
Green Cheeks wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept exchanges and returns, provided the following conditions:
- The return is postmarked within 30 days of the purchase,
- The item has not been stained, soiled, worn, washed or retained scents (such as perfume), and
- All tags are still attached.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
Please Note the Following:
Due to hygiene concerns and the nature of intimate apparel, we will not accept any exchanges or returns for items that have a crotch, under any circumstance. This includes unworn items! Examples of items that will not be accepted for return or exchange include (but are not limited to) panties, thongs, boyshorts, knickers, teddies, tap pants, and sleep shorts. Pajama shorts or sleep pants are not included in this policy.
Please be aware that all items are inspected for damage, stains and defects prior to shipment. We do this to cut down on exchanges and returns that would otherwise had been unnecessary (plus, it’s not very eco friendly because of shipping!). If by some off-chance you get a damaged item, please do not wear it or remove the tag. Promptly contact us and follow the return instructions below. We will happily send you a new one once we’ve received the item and the nature of the damage is confirmed. Please be aware that one-of-a-kind items cannot be replaced and a refund will be issued.

To Make A Return/Exchange
If you meet the requirements set above and you would like to exchange or return an item, please Contact Us first so we know that it’s on the way. We will issue you a Return Authorization number for processing and forward you the details for return shipment!
If you have any questions about whether or not you are able to make an exchange or return, please Contact Us before you send it! We do not want you to waste your time or money by sending the item back.
Items that are returned to us that are unacceptable (as set in the policy above) will not receive a refund because we cannot accept it. It will be returned to you at your expense.
